Not honoring
I got a quote for insurance on my car and couldn't beat my current insurance was told I'll get link to claim for not besting my current insurance nothing has happened ever since and been 4 days already if u cant even keep to your policy to beat other insurances what are you doing to your clients also

We genuinely pay client's whose premiums we could not beat on a like-for-like basis and very sorry we did not complete the process with you.
We have escalated this to our Quote Promotions Supervisor to look into why you did not receive the link. She will also call you, address your concerns and assist with claiming for the promotion.

We genuinely pay client's whose premiums we could not beat on a like-for-like basis and very sorry we did not complete the process with you.

After reading your complaint we immediately escalated the matter to our quote promotion team who was unsuccessful in their attempts to contact you, they subsequently sent you an email requesting the relevant documentation.
We haven't yet received an email from you, once you respond we will be able to finalise the matter.
