Not happy need my car fixed
On the 8th of july2024 was involved in an accident , I was coming from work driving on N3 highway I came across the truck tyre that was left on the highway late at around 18:45 it was duck, so drove over that tyre my car was damaged and it could move a parked the car on the side then I so the truck also parked and one car was parked next to the truck it was also damaged by that tyre so I went to the driver of that truck to let him nw that he left the tyre on a highway and it’s late a lot car will hit that tyre and will have a lot of cars involved in this accident he didn’t lesson to me two car hit the some tyre, to my understanding the driver was negligent we callled the owner of the truck he came and acknowledge the negligence of his driver and did a claim with outsurance and send us the 3rd party claim form to claim, the claim was declined because I drove over that tyre, need help with this my number is ***

Wat they are doing it’s not write because even the law enforcement officers that where the on the accident they say that is negligence from the driver that’s why he went and remove that tyre when the officers where there but Outsurance team say I could have seen that tyre because my lights where on

Further to our private reply and your post response, we understand that the feedback provided is disappointing.
A driver needs to keep a look out of their immediate vicinity as it is not uncommon to find objects lying on the road. This would also apply to dogs and pedestrians that could suddenly cross the road. Due to safety reasons, our client was not able to remove the Tyre off the road and had to wait for assistance.
