Not happy at all

I requested a quote. A consultant phoned me. When through the whole process. Then he asked for my banking details. I said I don’t want to give it. He said without it he can’t complete the quote. I asked him if I do provide it will they debit me or should I need to contact them to cancel. He said no if I don’t buy the car there will be nothing to insure.

After picking up on my bank statement that they did try to debit me I called in and canceled it. Now again money was deducted from my account.

I will never take out insurance from them even if they are cheaper than any other company.

I asked the consultant if this would happen and he **** to me. Wow is this how they do business. To how many people do they do this.
