Not happy
Have been with Outsurance's PET department for over 5 years.
Within one year they jumped R300.00 in access fee.
They adjust your cover as they see fit.
Fixed access rates applies. The claim I had with them on 23 September 2025 worked out at R2660 for full bill. They charged me R900 access which means this is a 33.3% OF CLAIM AMOUNT. They see this amount as a small claim. I dont have almost R3k to pay out of pocket expense.
This is crazy.

It would not help sending it on. I have already spoken to relevant staff with regards to my concern. Nothing can be done about it. This is just how companies pocket !!!
