Not giving up on a good client

I updated my profile at Outsurance to accommodate my son's car, and the premium increased drastically. I tried to negotiate a cheaper premium, but to no avail. I decided to cancel my policy with Outsurance as I received a quote from another insurer, which were much more affordable. When I phoned Outsurance to cancel, they gave me a deal that even surpassed my expectations. They truly showed commitment not to loose a client with a good profile with them. Well done Outsurance. This is an example of a happy client and a company that is willing to go the extra mile to keep a good client with them.
