Not fixing my geyser i have to keep on calling

Good day <br> <br> I called on Friday notifying you guys that my geyser is still leaking , your guys came to my house Tuesday and said that I am over reacting and the geyser is not leaking . when I tried explaining to them that this geyser leaks sometimes in the morning when we are taking a bath or sometime during the day , they then fiddled around and said it's the water temperature it's too hot they will reduce it .<br> <br> Yesterday when I got home the was water in my bathroom floor due to the leaking geyser, and to make matters worse I took a cold bath now the water from the geyser is Luke warm not hot anymore .<br> <br> Can someone please let me know what is it that I need to do to get my geyser fixed ? this is beyond poor customer service it's just ridiculous . I am not trying to be a difficult customer I just want my geyser fixed properly .<br> <br> in all honesty i don't want to speak to your plumbing service anymore , they make me feel as if their doing me a favor how can you trust such people with your reputation .<br>
