Not doing what they said

Outsurance advertise how good there prices and service all but a lei I smsed quote to a number within 2 days someone phoned me tried his utmost best to beat my insurance but could not by a long shot then he said he will email me the papers to fill in the R400 back papers . I am still waiting for the email and if he did not get my email right he deffinatly have my cell number cause he phoned me
