Not dieing so no need to pay
I have Life & Credit protection policies with Outsurance and one off the covers I'm supposed too be covered for is dread disease. Now that I'm diagnosed with cancer and going to have a mastectomy (removing both breasts) surgery and some treatment afterwards... Now I'm not sick enough to claim from my policies... I've been such a good/loyal client for many years and now that I need them.... always excuses from insurance companies not too pay but they'll always take your money....

We are so sorry about the claims outcome and making you feel as if we don't care.
Our claims manager contacted you. The reason for our decision was discussed with you. Our cover will incept once the cancer reaches stage 3. As final staging is not known yet, more tests need to be conducted. We will request further medical reports and only then get a final diagnosis and staging which will enable us to make a final decision on your claim.
As far as underwriting is concerned, we will share relevant information once cover has been approved and we always send policy information for our clients to read through.
Thank you for affording us the opportunity to have discussed your concerns as well as the way forward. You have our very best wishes for the future.
Regards
OUTsurance
