not customer centric
my vehicle is insured with out-surance, and it was ****** and recovered recently and they have been busy with my claim for a month now. they managed to get me a courtesy car which was for 30-days. i also assumed that they will be done with my car by then but no, my car is nowhere near ready. now my issue is that as their client i am inconvenienced as i don't have a car and they do not seem to be bothered, they said i must make another arrangement as this is not their fault. where is the accountability as i am their client!

Our claims manager, Xinilia contacted you and discussed the rental vehicle terms with you in more detail.
She did offer you contact the rental company and will receive special rates as a client of ours.

still not happy with the response i received, as this will inconvenience me and it is more than what i bargained for. i will need you guys to make an arrangement to get my car fixed by the end of the week, and get me a courtesy car in the mean time. then once done we will path ways and i will be cancelling my policy with you guys, it has been a nightmare.
