Not competitive with premiums
Very disappointed in Outsurance. I have been with them for years. In the process of buying a new car and the insurance quote I got was a high premium compared to other companies. They are convinced it's the best price. All insurance companies use the same details to check risk, so after being a client for years I find if hard to believe that other companies are able to offer better rates. If they want to grow and keep clients, they really need to start coming to the party.

We save a substantial amount of clients money on a daily basis. Unfortunately, we don't always save everyone money. There are a number of factors that we take into account when determining the appropriate premium for a client such as make and model of vehicle, previous incidents, age and many other factors. It's worth pointing out that no single insurer will be the cheapest for every single client as risk models differ between insurers.
