not caring about the customer
On the 14th of October i Contacted Outsurance to get a comparison for my car insurance. they could not beat my current instalments. i was told that i would receive an email to fill out. all i received was an sms with an otp number. i have called them on a number of occasions. i keep getting told someone will contact me or email me. it is now the 30th of October still no email or call.
This is false advertising all over the place.

We are truly sorry about the technical error. The system is automated and at the same time as the sms was sent with OTP, the email should have reached you as well.
Refilwe sent you an email, requesting the relevant documentation to be emailed to her directly.
She will finalise it for you once received.
