Not being called back.

Outsurance has always provided me with good service, but with my last claim I wanted the legal dept to contact me because I believe the accident is not my fault and the damage should be claimed from the municipality for the unmarked island in the road that I crashed into.<br> <br> They told me the legal dept would call me but I never receive a call.
