Not as advertised
<p>Every time I phone them my policy increase. It never goes down. I have never claimed in the last 4 year. I get the feeling that they do not worry about existing clients. Only import thing is to get more clients with the R400 carrot. </p> <p> </p> <p>Trust me. There are other companies out there that will offer you the same deal at a better price. They also take better care of you. </p> <p> </p> <p>I thought that all people might want to know. </p> <p> </p>
It was naturally concerning to read your comments. The matter was referred to our client care manager who investigated the reasons for the increases.
It was establised all 3 instances were resultant of address changes and also change in marital status. Both these factors are some of other criteria which do influence the outcome of a premium, therefore material changes in risk.
