it is unbelievable that in this day and age you do not allowe me to communicate with you via email - i work in sales and spend most of my time on the phone - as we are a small company and swift service is key to us we do not take lunch but rather eat at our desk while working - i need to clarify certain points with outsurance to make sure that i will be covered in case something happens to my car - you refuse to do that via email - your own people are not allowed to make private calls while working but you expect your customers to do that? - i am really annoyed and disappointed - i really hoped that you would be more forthcoming in a small issue like this - this is not a sales call - it is a discussion of my curent cover - maybe after 15 years it is time to look for another insurer - 1 that really sees my needs and try to accommodate me
