Not A Sour Loser

Late last year I made quote comparison for car insurance as I felt I was not getting the best out of my current car insurance company. My first call was to Outsurance. I got want I needed and I called my insurer to cancel and advise them what Outsurance was offering me. Obviously they did not want to loose me as a client and came up with a better offer. I had to call Outsurance this morning to advise them, that I would continue my relationship with my current insurer. In most cases when you call a retention center for cancelation you get an irritated consultant who will be rude towards you just because you want to cancel. This time around I dealt with Ahmed Adam after I was transferred to him by Kagisho. His tone of voice was of most important to me when he spoke to me.

He engaged with me with such professionalism and he related to all my explanations. What I like the most was that he listened to me without interrupting me or getting irritated with me. I felt like I was heard and understood. I was given a platform to express myself and the top of the cake was that I was being appreciated even if I am cancelling my insurance with them. I am so grateful for Outsurance who has made my insurer to appreciate me as a client, as it is because of them that my insurer gave me a better deal. Outsurance you have the best employer in Ahmed Adam as he was not a sour loser when I cancel my car insurance.
