Normally I have had good service but with my last ongoing claim I was very disappointed
Normally I have had good service but with my last ongoing claim I was very disappointed. I had to follow-up myself because nobody bothered to follow up on a write off from a company to Outsurance. I have submitted a quote and I am waiting for a response.
