Nontlhe was so patient with me today and took so much time to help me. I was an irritated client to say the least and she handled the call with such grace and patience and I really put her under pressure She literally called me promptly the time I asked her, after work, to assist me to understand ref the removal of the routine care and health booster and adjustment to my policy and premiums. And when she called me back she was so helpful and friendly and I am truly grateful to her thank you!
