Nonsense No Responsibility Insurer

I was involved in an accident whereby a client of outsurance had knocked me from the back on a freeway. I put through a claim and they state that their client was knocked also from the back resulting in them smashing my car to state that is not drivable. I now can lose my job and income because outsurance states that I must claim from the person that knocked their client yet they clients vehicle cause my damages . No responsibility taken by this insurance company. Ombudsman query may only solved this.
