Nonsense insurance

I was involved in a car accident with outsurance client on the 2nd of December 2023 the lady was driving behind me on the same lane with me she then failed to control her car when she was switching to the first lane she bumped me from the bumper to the rear wheel. After the accident happened luckily nobody got seriously injured I then went to the lady to ask her was she was doing she said she is sorry she was trying to go to the fast lane. and she call her Boss and gave the phone to me to give her boss directions.

Then I went back to my car the boss when he arrives she went to the lady and the came to us and said sorry guys the lady told her what happened but we should not worry his been with outsurance for a long time they will sort everything out and I have witnesses when the lady and the boss admitted the guilt he even took our number and one of the witness also took the boss cell number.

So now the outsurance *********** advisor Hendric Lukhele rejected the claim with out any prove and evidence he said they taking their clients statement. He said according to the information at their disposal we changed lanes simultaneously and I did indicate. I did change the lane and according to my understanding simultaneously means same time. So it means their client didn’t keep a safe distance when overtaking. And how can I go to the fast lane when there was no car in front of me if i wanted to speed was gonna speed on the same lane it was at night the cars were less on the freeway.

So they concluded that I was wrong without any proper evidence they didn’t even see my car damage. Now they say I must send the my car pictures so the can pursue the recovery claim against me they threatening me that they will send me sammons I asked then to prove me that am wrong since they say they taking thier clients lie statement they are are failing to do that and N1 has CCTV cameras why don’t you guys go there to get the prove it simply tell that you guys are *********** you failed to conduct a proper investigation and tell me that you believe your clients stupid statement I can’t be paying money for something that I didn’t do so get a solid prove.

When I tell them that I have witnesses when their client admitted the guilt they don’t respond back. And I also took pictures on their car plates number so they can not runway now you tell me that am wrong that’s nonsense.
