Non responsive service

My vehicle was involved in a motor car accident on the 24th of December 2014.<br> Claim was lodged on the 27th of December 2014.<br> Vehicle was assessed on the 29th of December.<br> Outsurance dreamed up and sent emails to fictitious email address.<br> Portia who handled my claim disappeared and I have not heard of her ever since.<br> Vehicle was collected on the 14th of January 2015 by Toy Panel Beaters.<br> Many mails and calls later, Thapelo stepped in to help. He has now also disappeared.<br> Joao from SIAS made promises and now has also disappeared.<br> On the 29th of January, Toy Panel beaters informed me that my vehicle is ready. I went to collect but disastrous as sloppy and poor quality work was done. I demanded that it be fixed properly.<br> Vehicle is still at Toy Panel beaters waiting for unseen damage parts that was ordered after I had to point the damage out to Toy.<br> <br> Why are people disappearing?<br> Is Toy Panel beaters (Ga-rankuwa) the closest to Centurion?<br> When will I have my vehicle back?<br> <br>
