Non pay out for no reason-worst insurance company around!
<p>On Friday, 21.07.2017 a outsurance client drove into my legally parked vehicle on Buitenkant street, Cape Town. This caused quite a bit of damage to the whole right hand side of my vehicle. Both parties reported the incident, i filled out the 3rd part claim form and got all documents together and emailed it off to outsurance under case no ********** 38. 24 hours later I receive a call from a outsurance staff member who informs me that my damage will not be paid as the outsurance client had to swerve into my car to avoid a bike which was driving down from the opposite lane. Really? Is that not the reason to have insurance in the first place that if a accident like this occurs? I am beyond angry and speechless that a big company like outsurance tries to get away with payouts. I expect feedback on this matter URGENTLY! </p>

Our liability claims manager, Tshepiso contacted you and explained why our client cannot be held liable in order for you to have a valid 3rd party claim.
In order to succeed with a claim against another party, negligence has to be proven. Our client swerved out to avoid a collision with the motorcycle, and this is classified as a sudden emergency.
We will wait for further contact from your insurer.

your reasoning is rediculous. Your client drives into me as to avoid driving into someone else and this means you don't pay for the damage? WHY ARE PEOPLE INSURED THEN? Next time I have to swerve I will call your callcentre and ask what is worse, to sc**** the car on my left or the one I am about to drive in to. Hmmm does not really matter because I am sure there is some lame excuse for either accident. I am now left with paying excess, tental cars , the trouble and anger! Words don't describe how angry I am with you and your excuse of an insurance company
