Non disclosure of critical imfromation

Pathetic service and Hiding Information. I wish to insure a new vehicle and the received quotation and all of my existing policies has NO INDICATED V ALUE OF THE INSURED VEHICLES. After various queries and 4 promises later still no indicated value is shown . How do you know if it is insured for say R90k or for R40K. Your premiums are based on insured value however this is not shown on any document. - Totally unacceptable
