Non Compliance

In 2014 an motorcar accident resulted in a third party claim. In Outsurance's favour my car was paid out in full. Upon arrival of the third party claim a few months later through the Claimants attorney, a small amount of R14000 it was when the "fun and games" started. Giving me endless lip service of how they are going to solve the challenge at hand I was moved from pillar to post and from one person to another telling me they will resolve the claim I, 3 years later have to face a court order due to Outsurance's incompetence to even give me feedback that they will not support me with the claim. If they did have the decency I would probably have made alternative arrangements at the time that would result in a far lesser claim and limited personal reputational damage than the one I am facing now, last count 18 months ago of R45000. And the best part is I need to go and sit in a court to face the proverbial music because Outsurance did not even have the odesity to send me an e mail to tell me to get lost although my monthly installments was good enough. To say the least the behavior of Outsurance is unacceptable and I would like to caution other users as they are as far as I am concerned exposing their clients due this kind of unpredictable and unforeseen behavior resulting in unforeseen actions from claimants of which you think you are covered. the above is supported with e mail evidence between myself and Outsurance's different departments across a period of time indicating support of which I never receipt or even was given notice not to expect support.
