NON CLAIM PAYOUT!!!!

Another pathetic institute of lies and deceit not wanting to pay my claim out. It has been more than 3 months to hear anything back from Thelma who instituted my claim when one of Outsurances clients reversed into my car in a parking lot. The client fully accepted responsiblity and complete fault of the delict. My car is under motorplan and can only be repaired by BMW or I lose my motorplan and now I am told that because a parking lot is a busy area it has now become my fault and I have to PAY in R6000 because Outsurances client hit me.<br> What a pathetic institution to deal with, quick to advertise and take clients money but when it comes to paying out for the other parties damages they only pay what they feel and not according to BMWs quotations!!!!!! My entire door needs to be replaced and I must do that with a lousy 11k. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
