NOMPUMELELO MABUKA was the consultant who have taken my call. She was well spoken (meaning her words was spoken clearly and I could actually hear what she was saying) and understand immediately what I was saying (even when I didn't know what I was saying 😁). She explained things in layman language, was friendly and helpful. I don't often give 5 stars, she definitely get 5 stars from me
