No surprise

We have a policy with Outsurance. When we were quoted, we sent a fully detailed list of our Electronic Equipment and Software to ensure that we are insured correctly. However surprise surprise, now that we have had a claim we are told that we are not insured for the software. Absolutely unacceptable.
