No service from outsurance

<p>Outsurance is supposed to claim funds back from a third party insurance as the other party was the cause . I have followed up several times but have had no courtesy of a reply. It is not my responsibilty to follow up and provide u with all the information you require. I pay you every month to do your job SO DO YOUR JOB!!this is the worst service I have ever come across. .Discovery has advised that a claim needs to be submitted within 30 days..if this is not done u will reimburse me the funds since you are not doing what u are supposed to I will hold u personally responsible</p>
