NO SERVICE FROM OURSURANCE
Not only do I need to pay 50% - 70% of the damages but the claims advisor has been ignoring me for 3 working days. You have become a useless insurance company.

Our claims manager, Sandile, contacted you to address your concerns. We can confirm that your vehicle has been booked in for repairs and a courtesy vehicle was provided.
Please note, your standard vehicle excess is R5000. If the damages exceed the excess, you will be liable for the excess and we will cover the repair costs. This is the 1st amount payable in the event of a claim and is discussed at sales stage.
