No Service from Broker

Very disappointed with the lack of service from 2 different brokers & their supervisor, we are now looking to move to another insurance company, due to the fact that they do not respond to e mails, telephone calls or even arrive at appointments that they have scheduled, not once but twice. Escalated to supervisor who also did not feel the need to respond to e emails
