No Service Delivery

I have submitted a claim on my house for water damage caused by taps and also structural damage on my thatch. They never got back to me i even ended up fixing the water myself. As for the thatch an assessor **** and said he tried to reach me when my phone was always on. I ended up cancelling these ****** who enjoy withdrawing money from our accounts but don't want to honor their obligation. Never use this company again.
