No Service at all
Claim has been active for over a year..... they still haven't settled it. Told me how they can do so much better when I told them to cancel my policy, but clearly they cant, since I am still waiting! Cant bother to keep promises or return calls. **** poor service. And also take you for a ride on premiums.... was being severely overcharged on home insurance!

You were kind enough to agree in forwarding us the e-mails you sent us previously. We will investigate why the claim was not finalised immediately and discuss the service transgressions internally.
