No service

<p>My car was involved in an accident on 21 October 2016. I lodged a claim with outsurance on 04 November 2016, as a 3rd party claim. I got a response same day from a Jean Scnepel, identifying himself as my case handle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then heard nothing from them for some time, I sent a follow up e-mail to him requesting an update, towhich he rep**** to 2 days later with: 'Your claim is still being validated'</p> <p> </p> <p>I have further sent 2 more e-mails, one on 21 December 2016 and the other on 16 January 2017, to which I got absolutely no responce.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get absolutely no updates, and my attempts to try to get a resolve are fruitless. Imagine driving around with a dented car for 13 weeks. I am definitely not getting anything out of them</p>
