NO service

I am trying to get my business policy canceled, but the only way is to call a sharecall number, you can't use their app or submit a complaint online as nobody responds, thats not customer service. They are quick to take your money, but as soon as you try to cancel you have to jump through hoops and stand on your head and still get no assistance. I just want my policy canceled, thats it, no convincing to stay or nonsense like that, I know all the tricks in sales.
