I have now had to write off my car, even if it was a third party claim. I constantly have to follow up with the claim advisor who does not provide full information. .<br> <br> Please ensure that all consultants inform clients when they get told what they need when being told that the cars have to be written off.<br> <br> After being a client for over 15 years it will be a pleasure to move my insurance elsewhere.<br> having claimed only twice in 15 years I would have though the insurer would want to keep clients happy instead we are given the impression to move for better service and cover.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
