No response to request for no claims proof

I have sent two separate emails to Outsurance requesting that they send me proof that I had no claims while I was insured with them and they have just ignored me because I am no longer a customer.<br> <br> This is unacceptable as I was a Outsurance customer for many years and now I have immigrated and need proof that I have not had any claims while I was with them but they do not respond to my requests.
