No response to quote request
I wanted a quote so proceeded to website and clicked on start quote. Entered my details and clicked next as I assumed I would be asked to enter the details of the vehicles. Next I know a message is displayed that I will be contacted by an agent. If I wanted a telephonic quote, I would have phoned you!
Received numerous calls the next day which I did not answer. Then received an email from Hielke van Helden on 28/7/2020 informing that they could not get hold of me and I should provide another contact number. Rep**** to this email same day requesting an EMAIL quote to be given and I sent all the vehicle details in this email.
Sent another email to her on 03/8/2020 requesting quote and to this day have not received any email from her in reply to my request for a quote.
Pathetic!

We totally understand your frustration, but more so, sincerely apologise for having inundated you with subsequent calls and never ensured our advisor rep**** to your email correspondence.
The matter was escalated to our sales manager, Candice who in turn sent you an email with more detail as well as an invite to let us know when we could call you, should you still wish to obtain a quote from us.
