No response in months

On 19 March 2014, I was involved in a traffic collision. The female driving the other vehicle was busy on her cellphone on her lap, and drove into the rear of my vehicle. She admitted this to me on the evening of the accident.

Outsurance had my vehicle repaired for me, but still made me pay an excess, which I was told will be recovered and paid back to me, but that the process would be lengthy. I accepted that.

However, the other party **** on their police reports and gave conflicting insurance report claims. I followed this up with my legal representative at Outsurance, with enough evidence that would rule out the other parties claim.

I got the first email from Outsurance on 22/5/2014, with numerous replies that day, giving the above mentioned information again.

Outsurance were quiet again until a follow up email on 28/7/2014. Again, numerous replies on that day, with Outsurance saying they will investigate further.

I emailed Outsurance on 30/9/2014 as a follow up, and got no reply to this day.

Then, on 02/2/2015, I get a SMS stating that my claim had been re-allocated to a new adviser. I have not had any information as yet to where I can contact the new adviser.
