No Response & ******** Advisor
No Response & ******** Advisor On the 14 May I was contacted by an advisor by the name of Qaasim, who requested for Quotes and Invoices of my prior repairs to my yard. Qaasim was supposed to review my claim as it was rejected without a valid reason. No response from Outsurance on the status of my Claim. I have called and emailed on several occasions, up until this morning, I called A consultant named Logan says, unfortunately I do not sit near to Qaasim, also I am unable to assist you. I'm appalled by the level of service provided. Claim Number: ********** 23 - Mrs L Moodley
