No response for 3 weeks!!!

<p>I need to cancel my policy with Outsurance, sent the 1st email on 04/07/2017, no response. Sent the 2nd email on the 11th with no reply and today yet again sent an email, still not getting any reply from them. </p>

Hi Stephanie,

I am sorry for the delay with regards to your request, however the policy has been cancelled and no further debit order's will be deducted from your account.
