This is not a complaint/compliment per se, I just need feedback and have not receive any response on both my emails: <br> <br> I have a few inquiries for you.<br> <br> My situation:<br> I am currently in the process of being retrenched due to my company's financial status. I am job hunting at the moment, so far no luck at all. <br> <br> My Inquiry to you:<br> 1 - I recently took out life insurance with you and would like to cancel it asap as I will not be able to make payment and cannot afford it at the time. (I do not have any benefits ie. pension fund etc) I will however apply for life insurance again with you as your services rendered is absolutely fantastic hence the policy can be saved as is as I will continue with it as soon as I find a more stable job. <br> <br> 2 - I would like to request you to please review my monthly insurance cover on my motor vehicle and maybe see if you can reduce my premium as I've been a very loyal client of yours for more than 10 years now. Alternatively, can you please also confirm how I can cancel my car insurance should I wish to transfer onto my fiance's insurance. <br> <br>
