No Response

I contacted Outsurance last week in relation to an email i received that my vehicle insurance had been cancelled. After explaining to the consultant that i did not cancel my insurance, nor did i stop the debit order, and sending proof that the debit orders have been going through, i was advised that i will be contacted before close of business on the same day.

I contacted Outsurance again today for the FOURTH time and every damn consultant is as unhelpful as the previous, all advising me that they will get back to me with feedback shortly.

Needless to say i am extremely aggravated by this experience. I spoke to a Mr Jettoo, Keke Moloi, Lucia and Gotse. To date, not a single one of these consultant have contacted me regarding feedback. My vehicle is currently not insured due to this nonsense and i am on the verge of taking this matter to the ombudsman.

I can see why Outsurance is ranked only 7th in the insurance industry. Your service is pathetic!
