No response, 10 days later

On 4 May, the phones at the Outsurance call centre just rang, and no-one answered. So I sent in an email with some instructions. After a few days with no response, I left a comment on their website. Someone then phoned me and I forwarded the email to her. It's now 10 days after my first email and still no response to my email.
