No responce from Outsurance

I recently sold my motorvehicle and tried to contact Outsurance to remove it from my profile. They have not phoned me back to assist me. I also tried to phone them. None of their phone numbers work. I tried to make changes online to my Outsurance contract. No response from outsurance.
