no respinse or feedback from the consultants regar

I submitted a motor claim on 23/09 - claim no.***. The matter is still not resolved. The repairs was not up to standard. I reported this to Outsurance but to date no one had given any feedback. I keep calling and speaking to different people who promise to call back but nothing.<br> Today I lodged a claim for my laptop and is once again being given the run around. <br> I moved from Santam a year ago due to lower premium but I think the reduced premium also means reduced service.
