No rerate after 10 years..what a shame!

Today I called to get a re rate from Outsurance. Been with them my entire life(more than 10 years) and asking for a simple re rate on my 2010 vehicle was too hard for them. I called them in the morning and had to call back later in the afternoon to ask them again. I must say i have never experienced such stubbornness in my entire life with other insurance companies. I tried last year and was denied and now again.
