No repairs just asseasor visits and false hope
I have logged a claim for storm damage and i have incurred further damage due to second storm while I was waiting for Outsurance to send people to fix but each visit has been an assessor after an assessor. This is frustrating and a huge inconvenience. This Saturday they promised to send someone out but nothing

We are so sorry about the frustrating service experience and inconvenience you have suffered all along!
Our assessing manager, Karl contacted you. It was established that our service provider was indeed requested to attend to the repair work on Saturday and unfortunately did not arrive nor notify you. They rescheduled the appointment and only arrived today.
We will monitor progress and validate the matter internally.
