No refund recived

I'm very disappointed in OUTsurance as they were suppose to give me a rebate of R800 which its much needed. Initially it would have been 2 October yet every time I phone they tell me the next day. I really need the money. I wanted to cancel my policy due to the fact that I cannot pay the huge premium. They gave me a discount and promised me the rebate yet nothing is paid out. I cant phone every day from my phone. First date they gave was 3 October we on 5 October now.
