no refund received 3 months and waiting
<p>had an accident where i was hit from behind on a highway. Contacted outsurance and immediately received claim no. Got a call stating that we could take our car to specified panelbeaters. Got another call to inform us that we will lose our bonus. Then received a call letting us know that we were to pay the excess and would be refunded. we paid and 3 months later, no refund and no word from outsurance.</p>
So. Received a response from outsurance. Since its a government vehicle that caused the accident its with their legal dept. Yes, outsurance told us this would happen. What they didnt tell us was there was a possibility that we wouldnt get our excess back. Its also taken this complaint plus 3.5 months to elicit a response.awaiting response from legal dept on hello p.
