No reduction in Premiums while at home on lockdown period?
It would have been nice if Outsurance would have followed some other companies that gave a reduction in premiums in the lockdown period seeing we had to stay home. It is claimed that they advertised it (which was not on any of the 20 channels I saw in the last 10 days) when an email or SMS could have been sent out informing the customers would have worked. I sent an email 5 days ago querying this and get a call which I could hardly hear the person. Then they say they cannot backdate it
