No R400 paid out as promised

More than a month ago outsurance phoned me to give a quote, I said from the start of the conversation that they would not be able to match my premium on my car. The agent did not give up and gave me a full quotation, needles to say Outsurance could not meet or beat my currant insurance on my car.<br> This is about 6 weeks later and still no payment as advertised nation wide. this is not the first time this happened, about 2 years ago I also got a quote and they could not match mine, needles to say two years down the line and 2 quotes later still no R400. This is a big ****.
